4 paparazzi arrested whilst chasing Britney Spears in LA
Four paparazzi photographers have been arrested for driving dangerously as they chased after troubled singer Britney Spears' car in the vicinity of Los Angeles.

The four men - Roberto Maciel, 31, Leandro Gomes, 30, Filipi Teixeira, 27, and Eduardo Ravalah, 34, - were charged with reckless driving and each one was ordered to pay $5,000 (£2,539) bail and released on Thursday.

Britney SpearsPolice in the Los Angeles area had spotted the men driving at a high speed at about 2330 local time on Wednesday, police spokeswoman Sara Faden explained.

Police sources said that the four paparazzi photographers’ cars were following Britney Spears' vehicle much too closely as well as going at an unsafe speed. Police further claimed that the men also made several unsafe lane changes.

Police Lieutenant Mario Munoz revealed that officers of the law had stopped Britney Spears' white Mercedes, interviewed the singer, and released her after checking her driving licence.
