Britney Spears had been charged in September with allegedly crashing into a parked car and driving without a valid licence, and a judge had ordered her to submit to the official police procedures.
Britney Spears could receive to six months imprisonment if she is found guilty and the offence also carries a fine of $1,000 (£490).
Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles police is reported to have said of Britney Spears: "She was fine, cooperative. She did her business and came out."
