God Save the Queen had been banned by the BBC and ended up reaching number two in the official charts at the time of the Queen's silver jubilee, although many would argue that it should have been the number one and that the chart was manipulated.
This time, NME magazine is campaigning to get a re-issued God Save the Queen to number one in the UK, where it should have been at the time of its original release.
The tickets for the Sex Pistols gig cost £37.50 and are on sale at 0900 BST on Friday.
